IGQ Product Certificate Alligator Couplers
The Terwa construction group is delighted to announce that it received a new Italian IGQ product certificate for its well-known ALC Alligator Couplers.

With this new certifcate our Alligator couplers are now tested and approved according to Italian regulations and guidelines. The couplers are certified for connecting reinforcing steel bars with a diameter of Ø 10 to 40 mm.
IGQ
The IGQ (Istituto Italiano di Garanzia della Qualità) is a certification body founded in 1985 with the endorsement of the CNR. It was the first quality system certification body in Italy and the first to achieve accreditation for their activities.

Today IGQ focusses on the main national industrial sectors in Italy such as the mechanical and metal industries. Therefore IGQ operates in the sectors of basic metals and metal products, manufacture and installation of machinery and equipment, as well as industrial and civil constructions, engineering and professional services, wholesale trade, information and communication technology.
The IGQ is one of the founding members of the CISQ Federation and thus part of the international network IQNET (International Certification Network), present in over 35 countries around the world and represented by more than 100 local organizations. Companies certified by IGQ may therefor employ the international certification mark of IQNET. IGQ is also a founding member of Conforma the association that represents the 20 main Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) operators in Italy.
